BE A BRIGHT BEAT ECO EDUCATOR!

Monday, July 1st, 2013

Bright Beat would like to thank all of those who made  sustainability efforts a success for three years running, at Green Music Fest & Wicker Park Fest.   Festival attendees engaged in the act of waste diversion (recycling or composting instead of trashing their beer cups, food containers, etc.) AND learned the benefits of doing so.

Help us model the new standard for sustainable city festivals!

We are looking for reliable and fun individuals to staff the Eco Stations, educate attendees and enjoy the lively atmosphere!

Participants will be trained, geared up, and paid $50 per shift (or provided with confirmation of volunteer hours), while receiving hands-on experience in event recycling, public engagement and community outreach.

GREEN MUSIC FEST:  June 21-22, 2014, 2 shifts per day

WICKER PARK FEST: July 26-27, 2014, 2 shifts per day.

Conveniently located near Damen Blue Line stop and many CTA bus stops

If interested, email: eco@brightbeat.com ASAP for an application.
