BE A BRIGHT BEAT ECO EDUCATOR: GMF 2016

Do you want to help the environment while enjoying one of the best street festivals in Chicago? If you answered yes, you are in luck!

Bright Beat is leading the sustainability charge at Green Music Fest on June 18th-19th, and we are looking for passionate and outgoing Eco Educators to inspire and educate the community, while reducing waste. Participants will be trained and geared up, while receiving hands-on experience in event recycling/composting, public engagement and community outreach!

As a thank you for your help, volunteer Eco Educators will be compensated with a food voucher per shift worked at the festival, free admission to the rest of the Green Music Fest, and (2) free tickets to a concert of their choice at Subterranean or Beat Kitchen *Restrictions may apply.

There will be two shifts each day:

Saturday 6/18 – Sunday 6/19: 11:30-5:30 & 4:30-10:30

Youth are welcome to apply for early shift. Work permits or employment certificates from your local school must be provided at the time of application for 14 and 15 year olds (820 ILCS 205/9-12).
