Do you want to do your part for the environment while enjoying some of Chicago’s best festivals? If you answered yes, you are in luck.

Bright Beat is looking for passionate and outgoing Eco Educators to inspire and educate the community on environmental conservation best practices, while reducing waste. Participants will be trained and geared up, while receiving hands-on experience in resource recovery, public engagement and community outreach!

- TOUR DE FAT -

On July 9, New Belgium Brewing Company is putting on their second annual Tour de Fat, a celebration of beer, bikes, and bemusement. They’ve teamed up with Bright Beat again, to make this fantastic event as green as possible, but we need your help to make sustainability a reality during the festival!

Join us as an Eco Educator and engage festival goers on recycling, composting, and waste diversion! Beyond feeling great about your impact, you get to soak in the good vibes of delicious beer among a bicycle parade in Chicago’s scenic Palmer Square park. What more could you ask for? (Other than some complimentary drink tickets of course, which you will receive for your service)

There will be two shifts :

Saturday 7/9 : 11:30-3:30 & 3:00-7:00

SECURE YOUR SPOT TODAY via this online application and email eco@brightbeat.com with any questions.
